- MAINTENANCE
- Cleaning
Crypton® Crepe is as basic as Wipe, Wash and Rinse.
- Spills:
Use a powdered enzyme detergent like Tide® or Cheer® mixed with
water. Use a soft towel or brush to clean the upholstery with soap
solution. Remove all soap with clear, clean water.
-
- Ink, Markers, Crayon:
Use a strong water based cleaner.
Some ink pens cause permanent stains. For ballpoint ink, the
best spotting agents are rust removers.
-
- Chewing Gum:
Harden with ice. Carefully
remove hardened substance with dull scraper, then use the powdered
enzyme detergent process.
-
- Grease and Tar:
Use oil and grease removers and quickly wipe off.
-
- Reminder: The faster that any problem is taken care
of, the more effective cleaning results will be.
Besides quickly taking care of spills, upholstery should be
cleaned every three to four months (particularly in high use areas)
to avoid soiling.
